Garage Fobs In Vehicles
At no time should a fob be left in your vehicle. This increases the risk of someone not only targeting your vehicle to break into, but also leaves the community and other resident’s belongings, property and personal safety at risk.
Any lost tags/fobs must be reported IMMEDIATELY
(violators are subject to a fine)
Mobile Go Pass
A leap forward in convenience! The Go Pass turns a mobile device into an access control credential. Essentially, it is as if you are carrying around a door tag or garage fob in your phone. The Go Pass allows residents with the appropriate authority to quickly and conveniently access secured areas with a few taps of a mobile device (Android and IOS, including an Apple Watch)
Be Safe and Aware - Consider if you really want your full name to be displayed on the intercom directory. This may reveal more than you wish about your identity and gender.
A Hidden Entry is possible if you would like your entry to be hidden from the intercom directory, so that your name is not displayed. Your programmed dial code will continue to work for those you have given it to.
Please note that you are responsible for any visitor you allow access. Only allow access when you are confident of the identity and purpose of the visitor and ensure the visitor knows to not allow anyone to follow them into the building
